From the looks of it....Ditto acquired all of AB Watley Group's assets, leaving ABWG an empty shell. IMO AB Watley Group needs to disclose the terms of the acquisition to it's shareholders. They are entitled.

Evening ABWG after an extreme volume day verses... and yes way back beyond 10day avg, having a no trade next day is a good sign.

Thanks! Still not sure what to think of it. Ihub is most certainly not involved in whatever volume it's had going back a few months. THere was a big spike in April and it then sat quiet up until only recently in late June. No filings or any otcmarkets updates yet so not sure if this is just someone trying to float it up or whether this is real accumulation by someone or some group ahead of something. One thing I found interesting yesterday was that for a brief time someone had some big bids in place, like over 1.5M in total for two MMs at .009 and .0095 I think. Those were removed though once it fell back to .0099 ask. Be interesting to see if those return to give this bleep on the radar some credibility. On watch for now until a better reason to buy comes along.

Saw this posted on BBs board earlier today, decided to keep on my watchlist given the large trade size, 750K at .015. Someone wanted a good size amount of shares and this has seen several days of buying in the last few months. Could be a promo starting or something if this is indeed now a shell. Maybe a new business is being rolled into the shell?

Over the past few years the Company has been managing a number of strategic issues relating to the overall success of AB Watley.
