The MA 200 is the white dotted line on the Chart. Our breakout and run up was due to crossing above this resistance.

For any breakout of resistance it is common for the price to return to the broken resistance and test it as support.

I believe this is where we are at now.

The MA 200 Indicator has a very close relationship to the MACD 40,85 displayed below. IE - When/If the price begins to climb from the MA 200 support, the MACD 40,85 will be crossing the 0 line and pointing up. You can see on the chart below that it is pressed against the 0 line with the rising pressure.

Another way to think of this is "Filling the Gap" that was created on our breakout around the 9th of July.

We were expecting a close of 0006 to close the Gap but the rule states that the Gap must be filled by the body of a candle which appears to have happened on Friday.

From here we are watching the short term indicators for the pps to cross above the MA 5 - and - the MACD 2,4 to cross above 0. (A decending trend line across the highs can help spot the next upmove)

It may trade sideways for a few sessions but the close must hold above the MA 50/200 support area of .0006 until the buyers take over.

Excellent post! Sums it up well. We need it to hold in this range. I really feel like it's been sector driven with anticipation of major news.

The good thing about this stock is that it has shown strength every time I've thought it would behave like an average penny stock. Example, right now it should be headed back down to much lower levels just on lack of news.

My guess is the reason it hasn't is because while it has climbed to multiples of it's value & reaching .05, it's done this with the heaviest volume being at about 10% of OS. That appears to me to be more about people holding than a serious buying frenzy. I'm still looking for 100 million share trading days. I've maintained that this is a mid term play & that it remains a crap shoot. For it to become a legitimate long term play we need Telnor to make their move.

more specifically for those that don't follow ONEV there is some very serious news expected.

ONEV has signed contracts with Telnor to use their product. Installation and testing were begun in January. There were some complications as Telmex was added to the contract and the servers using ONEV needed to be adapted to handle new criteria and a larger customer base. Changes to the billing structure also happened charging not per line but per user so a house with 5 people would have 5 accounts not 1.

Revenue from this contract is believed to not only bring ONEV from a cash burn to cash posative but to be significant in the size of its profits.

The expected launch date of Telnor and Telmex going live with ONEVs services to their subscribers is this quarter. No one knows for certain when it is going to happen but many believe it will happen in April. The news we all expect and are waiting for is the official announcement that the launch has happened.
