Yeah both show up when I do the search but this one is clearly the old ITC learning corp board. Not that it matters but I suspect there will be much more activity going forward on the board so we should probably use the right one. Maybe IHUB management will delete this one at some point.

That explanation about the warrants is good stuff and the reason I will be using 250 mil as the o/s going forward.

There are 120,000 warrants for common stock expired 3/31. However, the warrants for Series B convertible shares (the ones you saw at $3) have another 1.1 years to expiration. The thing to remember about the convertible shares is that they convert into 20 shares of common stock, so that $3 conversion price corresponds to $0.15/sh for common. There are 3.21 million of those, which correspond to 64.2 million shares. In addition, there are already 1.276 million Series A and 5.307 Series B convertible shares out there, as well as 1.25 million Series C convertible shares. Those add up to 156.8 million shares waiting to be converted -- and those don't expire (they aren't warrants). The 64.2 million from Series B warrants would be on top of that, I'm afraid, taking the total outstanding to around 250 million.

There are also 25,000 warrants for Series A shares that convert at $4.00, which amounts to 500,000 common shares at $0.20. That's a drop in the buck and of no concern. But I plan to start using 250 million as O/S in anticipation of a share price over $0.15 that induces conversion of the Series B warrants. On that basis, their annualized profit (based on the trailing 9 months) would be around $0.02/share, so even with all of those conversions and exercises of warrants, they are still grossly undervalued.

I take this as good news. It is getting rid of the old guard per say. The stock has been performing like crap over the past 5+ years and became stale. Now if the stock had been performing well and 3 board members resigned then this would be bad news which is not the case. IMO this is the new CEO cleaning house and righting the ship

Shorting should be banned. The playing field needs to be even. Makes no sense that companies like etrade ameritrade, scottrade etc.. Don't allow shorting penny stocks and only allow buying on limit. Then when you try to use a non name platform to be able to short you pay these ridiculous fees and are told no shares available to short. Gimme a break.

And loosing more then winning is not what this is about. As of today I would have lost about $2K where the stock is now. Great that I got out, and hope that they do loose a tremendous amount of subscribers for doing a play and alert like they did. It's a game of risk and that I do understand and I wouldn't be here if I wasn't aware of it but when reading several posts about a delay in alerts and viewing that stocks trading BEFORE the news hit and seen the huge volume made me assume that insiders knew bottom line. Can't prove it and that's what some stockmister groupie would say but then I'd ask, "what stock that had no other intraday volume over 100k, trades almost 3-9x that volume in the FIRST 2 minutes of the stock opening WITHOUT A PR OR INSIDER INFORMATION?"...bingo

I have tried to trade a few of these news letters in the past with the same results, win a little on some, and lose more on most of them,because there is way too much front running going on with the chosen ones who get to buy in before the big pumps, or get the alerts many minutes before everyone else, these dirt bags better start playing a much more fair game,or they risk having a major subscribers revolt, and a huge loss of subscribers that they can pump stocks too, and their game will be over,

I want to thank you for this post. I was one of possibly thousands of NEW subscribers to stock mister because of his recent plays. I seen this stock BEFORE 9:31 est and it was having crazy buys right at the open and then I got the alert 10-15 minutes later I believe but will check again. I am not ashamed to say by the time my fingers could hit buy, it was already at .44 and just dropped like shit from a bird literally 20 seconds after that and i quickly sold for .40.. So In a matter of 20 seconds I lost $150, and was drastically going down from there. I had more than 3,000 shares btw, because why not I did calculations on his other trades and I'd be sitting in a new Mercedes If this one was like the "rest of his INSANITY plays." Never again will i take his word from it and there HAS to be people who got the news earlier because that stock was trading WELL BEFORE THE ALERT CAME OUT and I had my iMac computer on, iPad launched and dell PC with the charts and a continued to refresh the iMac every 30 seconds which had the alert page. I am not here to bash Stock mister but something is definitely not right here with what i saw and it's shitty that possibly hundreds if not thousands lots thousands of $$$

I am convinced that this is some kind of common practice by all of these PRMO news letters, because it has happen to me in the past with more than a few of them, and it's hard except any apologies for it,could it be that they let their long time news letter subscribers get the alerts first and everyone else is used for the big pump to let the others get out with the biggest profits,everyone who trades off of these news letter penny stock plays knows that if you don't get in at the right moment when an alert goes out, and you jump in after a big part of the run has happen, 90% of the time you will most likely lose money on the trade! for some one new at it they get burned the most like this ITCC plays was for any of them who bought on the alert at $0.32 and is still holding now at $0,09, the veterans all know to have very close stops on theses penny pump and dump trades, and bailed out with a smaller loss yesterday, for others who waited too long to get out they got hit for $0.10 or more loss, which is huge if you had bought 3,000 to 10,000 shares, one of the big warning signs on this stock was that in the past month this stocks volume intraday has been very low like 5,000 to 150,000, and yesterday's huge jump up of 7.5 million was off the charts, and was all news letter subscribers jumping in at the same time, and the ones who got it at 9:30am, and it must have been many of them with large amounts of shares who all dumped at the same time at $0.40 to $0.30 that hose almost everyone who bought on that 10:50am alert who did not get out with in the first few minutes, now for those who have been playing this news letter for months and have had made some really good profits can say on this play it was just one of the bad ones you have to live with compared to all of the good ones, for anyone new they may never do one of his alerts ever again, the bottom line, if this ever happens again he will risk losing all of his subscribers for good, AND IS A WARNING FOR THE FUTURE OF HIS NEWS LETTER.
