Good Morning, Renee: I yesterday forgot to copy & paste the following from my SCOTTRADE account. Perhaps you understand what it means? I also had another 200k shares or so that used to be in my IRA acct, but all of the sudden one day, they were simply no longer showing. I called up my Scottrade branch office manager, but he didn't know what happened to those, either. But for whatever reason, the SCOTTRADE people never did do away with my CLDR(D) shares that are still in my taxable account. Take care & GLTU in all of your trading & other i-hub duties.

Hello, ImTC! Just happened on to this web page by accident. I don't know how it happened.It has been a long time since I have even thought about CLDR, much less to actually check it out. All I know for sure is what happened so long ago, when it had sold well over a billion shares in a week's time, circa late January of 2012, was it? But then was suspended for two weeks, then reinstated, I think. I don't remember whether it went down to the greys or not, but I don't think that it did. Excessive naked & legal shorting by those who can & know how to do such things. I still have about 2.5 million shares until such a time as they kill those, also. I was happy to see your name again! I hope that all goes well for you. You might want to check out NWA- & NEC- if you have the time to do so. Take care & be well. How is your son doing, BTW? Is he still flying in our military? yea, when I view page source info, it shows it was published today. This one differs a bit from the one you posted... for example its states "Cloud Centric Systems Inc. Acquires 100% of VClouds Limited from IJJ Corporation" and "Company has acquired V-Clouds Ltd., a dynamic European technology company from IJJ Corporation, a Pink Sheet Company, in exchange for an unspecified sum." Important part being the "unspecified sum"... I just found it odd that it would be published today, and the fact that CLDR traded shares a couple days ago... I guess we will see

Hi, ImTC: For what ever reason, I was moved to go check up on CLDR a hour or so ago, and noticed that you had 2 or 3 posts on the message forum. I was quite surprized to see that, for I did not know that you had got caught in that stock like as did I & so many others, before they shut 'er down for FTD's, etc. I just posted a couple of posts there; I haven't done that since 8-2013, I think it was. I thought that maybe you might find them to be an interesting read, while you're enjoying your morning coffee & donuts this morning, just in case you didn't have anything else to do! LOL. A correction to my last post, this way, as I ran out of time to edit my last post:

I started accumulating in late January & the first 3 days of 2011, before FINRA shut 'er down, because of too many FTD's. So, once again, ''our so wonderful & protective governmental agencies, in collusion with the naked & legal shorters, first halted the trading for 2 weeks, the which to do, was the same as to all but kill the company, for they didn't have the financial where with all to fight the crooked B'terds. So, gradually, after the trading was resumed, the investing just began to slowly dry up & cease, so that by the end of 2011, it was pretty much dead. But the empty shell is still viable, even though the original company nor the original CEO is still around. But they did not delist the ticker symbol. So, that is where the hope stems from, that ''someday'', ''somebody might want to buy this empty shell for whatever their needs & motives. The which if they do, then they have to cash out/buy out the existing share holders who might still be holding on to their shares, the which shares are still on the various MM's books. Of course they'ed love you to get rid of them, for then they could get them off of their books, too! DON'T SELL THEM! JUST HANG ON TO THEM, for just as acc724 says, you just never know when somebody might want to buy this empty shell!

might buy the empty shell, because it has the right share structure, or for whatever other reason, and then cash all of the current share holders out for a penny or 2, maybe more, even! Just depends on how bad ''someone'' might want this particular empty shell for whatever reason. I've been hangin' on to mine since February of 2012? was it, when I loaded up. acc724, to the best of my knowledge is still hangin' on to his, for the same kinda reasons, as are many other knowledgeable players. Because they're happy to get rid of their shorted shares. E-turd was one of the biggest offenders along with NITE CAPITAL. OVER A BILLION SHARES IN THAT LAST WEEK BEFORE finra shut us down! And the gd share price wouldn't budge
off of .0001 & .0002! Baucoups of those shares were LEGAL shorts & naked shorts. BIG {ROTTEN) APPLE was one of the biggest culprits, for selling out of their 400 MILLION+ shares that they had in exchange for the cash that they loaned to the CEO. BUT ROTTEN APPLE WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO SELL any of THEIR shares til the next year, as per the contractual agreement. Nothing happened to them. I guess they just couldn't wait that long, ey?!!! LMAO! Just a bunch of $#@&%*# crooks, all of them. But in addition to the problem that ROTTEN APPLE FINANCING WAS CAUSING by their premature selling of their shares, were the TREMENDOUS number of FTD's that FINRA was having to deal with at that time. The which remark probably includes the former CEO of that time period, at least according to Cassandra & several others, it does. I still got my shares. Just waitin' for someone to buy the empty shell, then cash ''us'' who are still holding our shares, out. I have mine via SCOTTRADE. Didn't you ever wonder why they just let them lie dormant in your & my trading account that way for over two years now? (CLDRD) Because SCOTTRADE can't get mine off of their books until I sell mine, the which they would probably buy. For then they can just write it off as a loss in a hundred different ways. GLTA CLDR share holders who are still holdin' & still waitin', just as ACCC724 & several others that I kknow of who are also holding & waiting. Maybe one day we'll FINALLY get cashed out with a decent price for a lot more than the .0002 that I paid for mine! IMHO. GLTU.
