That is entirely up to the company.

As for the tax treatment, it's best to talk to an expert about that.

Does it count separate from the 3000.00 limit on losses? Or is this different from a capital loss? Please anyone? This is my first time dealing with this madness. Thanks

Could not have happened to a better group of ask wipe outs (as that is what they did) but sadly it was done after shareholders bought into the last undisclosed under the table deal where Money was not Made & one did not have to be a Master Trader to profit as those shares handed out had no cost basis just like managements but that deal did arrange for the volume needed for management to bank the last of the shareholders' money. The parting free $$CEHC luggage is yours to keep compliments of the $$CEHC $$Team & their $$undisclosed $$friends.

Slim to none. If the CEO were serious, he could take the time he needs to prepare the audits and other materials he'd need to file a Form 10, and, essentially, start all over with the SEC.

Some CEOs in this situation say they'll do so, but it just about never happens.
