Logan Copper Inc. (LC), formerly SNL Enterprises Ltd., is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral property interests in Canada. The Company has 100% ownership interest in the Logan Lake property, consisting of 136 tenures totaling 55,012 hectares. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), LC acquired 26 mineral claims in Logan’s Dansey project area. During fiscal 2010, it acquired 13 mineral claims. These 13 claims consist of approximately 4,372 hectares and are contiguous to Logan’s Dansey project area. The Logan Lake property is centered on Logan Lake, British Columbia. It is a exploration block covering more than 14 kilometres of the eastern contact between the Triassic-age Nicola volcanics of the southern Quesnel trench and the Guichon Batholith. The Dansey project area is within the Logan Lake property is situated at the eastern edge of the Guichon Creek batholith.
