I think the outcomes of the shareholders vote is moot regarding the SNRV stock since the stock registration was revoked for Financials delinquencies. The Sun River Energy principals should have caught up on their SEC reporting obligations before voting on other matters.

Revocation of a stock registration means the stock cannot be sold in any public market-place, essentially making the stock worthless.

After reading all these comments and following what's actually going on in Sun River Inc., I agree with Omniscient completely. There is a lot of information and court rulings in the past that the rulings go in favor for the shareholders of Sun River and against McMillan. After reading all the comments, I am lead to believe Greenskeeper sounds like he may be in-cahoots with McMillan.

You aren't entitled to lawsuit documents -- they aren't public. When they are made public, you can get them along with everyone else.

The fact that you know about the SEC investigation means you know someone -- that's not public information. You should look at the correlation of the tank of the stock and when Harry was booted, sold out of his 10% and didn't have to report trading anymore, and stopped pumping of the stock.

I actually don't have that much SNRV stock anymore. I got burned with everyone else and am trying to offset my capital losses. Once I'm convinced that Harry McMillan has quit meddling I may come back in for some speculative stock.

As you can see from the SEC link above there is a NEW proxy statement out and a NEW special shareholder's meeting scheduled in Dallas for 6/19 (we'll see if you and Colin Richardson and the gang try to challenge that one). I don't know Harry McMillan but I am a shareholder in SNRV. My stock portfolio consistently increase while he was a Compliance Consultant with SNRV. I read in the court documents where Donal Schmidt terminated him to keep from paying a note that was due to Mr. McMillan.

Then, I see where multiple lawsuits have been filed against SNRV and following a reverse split my portfolio, like nearly every other shareholder in SNRV has spiraled. I only want an effective team that will benefit not only me but also, other shareholders.

Accountability appears to be grossly deficient inside the SNRV walls if, in fact, there is any existing business. I have called SNRV and I can't get any filings, lawsuits or other information. Word on the Street in Dallas is that the Management and Board are all going down in an SEC Investigation.
