here is what i heard...........

loved the baby stories.. ok so,

caleb- still #1 and rocks the house. and yes, im looking forward to his "soft side" next week, but come on, he rocks.

but im getting out of order, as i like to post about them in turn..

- first on was jessica- good job but not big on the voice. still lover her look and style though.

- cj- even his own family said he sang off key as a kid and you either have it or you dont (tune wise) but this was maybe his best performance so far, for him.

- sam- good but not great. he still looks like a deer in headlights, when waiting to be judged.

- malaya- good but the song needed more feeling. nice vibrato though. not mousy, but nice and real.

- dexter- ave performance. got bored, yet, the judges loved it.

- (the duets were all kind of odd for me, as they all had to fit them in)

- jena- wow, she gets a solid "wow" from me tonight.

- ok, back to caleb- i didnt even know he was in prior seasons. if they had not said that, i would not know that. but wowza did he do fantastic! got chills or as the judge says "i got goosies".

- alex- he put all he had into it, but dont get overly excited. hear it back with your eyes closed. he is good for radio but not great. also, she (the judge said) where have i heard that song before?? i knew right off, its this one. love this song. used to sing it at karaoke and its not a very well known song at that.

but hear that and hear alex's "self written" song and they are similar.
