I think the biggest barrier to the pps gong up isn't really any potential investigation or the fact that some of those guys have a bit of a checkered past. Penny stocks can hold up or go up despite these things, this one has for a long time. And realistically it's very unlikely anything will come from those investigations. It's been too long with nothing at all.

The biggest problem is the complete lack of investor confidence. It literally does not matter what they come up with or say, nothing will make the price move up. There are way too many people more than ready to get out. It would take a completely new set of investors, completely unaware of what is going on and I don't see that happening any time soon. They could genuinely build that heater thing into a competitive product and it won't make one bit of a difference, unfortunately.
