since the 8.25 per share award in Tennessee was vacated, can u please provide some kind of update to what is the latest on your legal battle (just generally of course). the 8.25 per share was awesome, but as of right now, it is no more, correct?

i admire what you are doing, and you talked quite courageously, but how about an update of some kind with your bcit fight?

come on, rage. Jury Trial? Federal court? what?
