If it was illegal, where was the lawsuit to recover damages. Where are the SEC charges? Outstanding debt and financing by GRWW before BCDH takeover should have been known about. The management here should have found another "clean" shell. Why argue? The damage has been done, and can't be undone. You just like to keep stirring the pot for no reason.
