Completion of Pilot Mountain Tungsten/Copper
Project Acquisition

Further to the previous ASX announcements made in relation to the acquisition
of the Pilot Mountain Tungsten/Copper Project (Pilot Mountain or Project) in
Nevada, USA, Black Fire Minerals Ltd (Black Fire or Company) (ASX: BFE) is
pleased to announce that it has now completed the acquisition of 100% of the
Project by the payment of US$400,000 to the Canadian vendors, Pacific Gold
Corporation.
