Interesting to see shareholder address offered with the 10K. Was looking for promises. Funny, didn't see any.

A decent, easy to understand update (well ..... for most), although again Dahl shows that prior communications were not as clear as they should have been.

Bovine Mastitis Prospects

As disclosed in a Form 8-K filed December 20, 2013, the Company entered into a confidential and exclusive Collaboration/Option Agreement with a global animal health company. To reach this important milestone, the Company conducted nearly 40 separate experiments and tests to build a dataset that was acceptable to this group of experienced, sophisticated animal health scientists that already leads the world in animal health products.

. There is only one leader in terms of revenues in animal health.

Canine Joint Health

Beginning last year, the Company commenced its canine joint health efforts in earnest, with in vitro studies using cell cultures and blood. From there, the research effort has expanded to the use of tissues grown in culture that can mimic portions of an unhealthy joint. Preliminary results showed great promise, and the joint tissue study is being repeated and expanded, per the request of a potential partner.

Was a potential partner for canine app mentioned before ??? Potential partner needs to bring $$$$$ to the table or shop elsewhere.

AzCATI update was nice.
Class of compound .... If they know class of compound then IMO they would know if it qualifies for GRAS ..... And if it does, IMO they should have some options if AzCATI can produce thousands of doses every two weeks.

As weasel pointed out sounds like the company might be running into some if its baggage. Of course I have been advocating simple things like CHANGING THE NAME FOR YEARS. That won't get rid of all of the baggage but it is standard when trying to rebrand an image. Dont offer excuses on that though. Do something about it.

Wellmetris...... Sounds like there have been advances there. It seems as though creativity simply isn't there though to get it off the ground. Not sure what the funding cost is but to me, why not go to a large health insurer and get the seed money in exchange for whatever .......... One who can immediately offer it within their existing program ..... And allow it to be marketed to all. Or .... Sell it outright. If the ROI is that compelling, it should be an easy sell.

HEPI is certainly in the best place its ever been but the fire needs to be burning hotter and moving projects ahead.
