Pitts, I spoke with the CEO of SGAE who is in
eastern Canada.

At this time, SGAE is focusing on setting up a new
business acquisition. To complete this, the CEO is
in negotiations with several Corporations to work
out the terms and conditions of a merger with SGAE
that will be beneficial for each company with the
future development of their Business Operations in
a public Company.

Hopefully, a solid deal will be completed in the near
future that will give us all a positive future of
advancement in the value of the shares.
