just spoke with an old friend,an Accountant,asked him about the balance sheet and latest Results.the good news,he said that results looks pretty good based on the History,but i should wait for the next financials before he get more Conclusions.

and one more thing.he doesn't buy/like OTC stocks he Would rather to see an Audited financials.
