It was only 606k shares and then 91k warrants at $22.80

About 1.5% now and another .2% if and when the warrants are exercised. Not what I'd deem dilution of real concern.
If the institution is buying at $18.24 and getting options at $22.80 I think a drop to low $16's is a bounce with a short squeeze in the making.
The SEC inquiry is another matter and very nebulous at this point. Should still print 20's soon regardless.
