I love how the ratings agencies are always 6 months behind actual real world events. They "downgrade" AFTER things have already collapsed and "upgrade" AFTER things have already skyrocketed. Why anyone pays any attention to them...I have no idea. Still, it will probably put a ding on all things Brazil for a day or two.
