1. Corewafer's product has a high profit potential, and therefore there is a high demand for this product. Otherwise, Cyril wouldn't have undertaken this endeavor. I trust he has more knowledge in this area than any of us here.

2. Cyril has unique skills to successfully expand WAFR's product internationally.

3. Wafr is definitely not a scam - again, why would Cyril get involved with a scam and ruin his otherwise very successful executive career? He'd have to be crazy.
