International Updates
Since our last update of February, there is no new intl. updates. Our partners are still working to close deals, and we are waiting on South Africa and Australia patent application approvals.

MGIV GOLD Terminal Update
Go Gold! We are excited that the markets have taken a turn for the better with respect to gold and discussing where we will begin again the deployment of USA machines. We are hoping to launch the terminals with the addition of silver bullion.

LXIV Marijuana Terminal Update
The LXIV is being tested with approved exit packaging for Colorado and magnetic stripe readers. Although, we are pleased with our cc reader, we want to make sure that the backend monitoring software is robust enough to facilitate e-wallets for the future.



:We are continuing to discuss with retail and medicinal dispensaries who is the appropriate vendor to launch the LXIV in Colorado. The machine is built, and we have 5 screens for the dispensaries to choose. Colorado keeps improving their cannabis commercialization and just yesterday new regulations were suggested to be deployed to the dispensaries, and we are continuing to stay compliant.



:PMX will make certain the LXIV will not launch unless it is in total legal compliance to the marijuana rules whether they are retail or medicinal in each state it seeks business opportunities.



:California came calling, and we are pleased to say we are thrilled that many of our partners are networking for us daily, because they see that the LXIV is an amazing terminal. We hope to have news on our Cali distributor in the near future.



:We have targeted 18 states for our LXIV Marijuana Terminal, and because we are not looking to become a vertical medical dispensary like many of the other machines we feel our potential business opportunities are good.


New Business Update
PMX has always maintained transparency as a fully reporting company. We are presently working to complete our 2013 10K which will be completed on time. PMX is looking at a few acquisitions for the second quarter that we feel will meet our mantra of a precious metals incubator. As we mentioned in our 2nd FAQ update we are not deserting our main focus of precious metals.
