You are so right...IF this deal goes forward it has a tremendous upside potential. I definitely think that they are on to something good, and in my opinion it would make sense for the judge to approve. Even if they are behind with the bonding...at least the state could save some money on having to plug the wells, it would be HPGSs responsibility. Also, I just noticed that they are back to OTC Pink Limited Info, instead of Pink No Info. Glad that they are back up on the tiers...from here an easy step to OTC Pink Current and then OTCQB. They've been working with accountants for a long time now so hopefully we'll see some filings soon.
I'm pretty much in the same situation as you...not mortgage money, but I invested it in hopes that I could put some $ in my little rascal's education fund. So I'm very hopeful that this takes off. I've been holding this stock for so long because I always thought that it has so much potential, it could be something great!
