That's a ridiculous question. He has no choice.
If he wants to keep his promise to be a fully reporting and compliant issuer he HAS TO file audited financials.

Not to worry....he doesn't have it in him to get this done. It's questionable as to whether he even really has the intent. Relax and think of some fresh excuses.
