When do you anticipate we will see a revision in the OIP if any?

The annual meeting is 4/25 as you know unless it is delayed as it was last year

Asking for 2M shares at about $5 or about 10M for existing and potential new employees is excessive.

Do you think mgmt. can get this passed? I hope not

I have spoken to Lisa who is highly competent but can't get a feel
as to what is going on
