No mistake... market cap under $50,000 at current pps... huge move in the works imo. Ask yourself... as CEO, "would I rather devlop my business, announce material progress, offer shares in a private placement, and generate operating capital from a healthy share price and healthy investor base, thereby enabling myself to repay debt with cash... OR would I rather issue shares for debt?" The answer is obvious... the potential is enormous. $ONCI
