By all means read my past posts for the long version. The short one is the product is revolutionary.

I followed the company for years. Friends had melanomas removed. My Dad died as a result of melanoma tumors on the brain.

While camping I reviewed everything I knew about the product and company with a friend who also happens to be chief of staff in a Dallas hospital. He called the company in for a demonstration and brought along some of his dermatologists.

They were floored. The analogy they made was that MELAFIND is as revolutionary to melanoma detection as the PAP Smear was to cervical cancer detection.

The primary reason they didn't buy the machine was because there is no insurance company reimbursement yet. They would essentially have to "sell" the test. There were a few other issues we identified. MELA announced afterwards they identified all of the drawbacks we recognized and they are addressing them.

My friends bought a lot of the stock, not the machine.

If you don't read all of my old MELA posts, read the one I posted today.

There are some big money players getting behind them who are risking tremendous amounts of money. I like to follow the smart money.
