Olde Monmouth is likely not "at fault", per se........

ClearTrust (Kara) was the TA for both TEMN and TEXX. Kara knew firsthand the TEMN history, unlike Olde Monmouth. She knew she could go no further and that's likely why she refused to issue TEXX shares based on the Pena Letter.
