Mongoose - I have been a shareholder for years so I am very aware of press releases done in the past. The point that I am making is I believe things are finally starting to gel. The press releases have been very few in the last few months and they have had verifiable substance.

1. 12/2/13 Industrial Nanotech, Inc. Engages Audit Firm in Preparation for Publication of Audited Financials and the Move to a Senior Stock Exchange in 2014

Here, the name of the firm was revealed and this week the status of the audit was PR'd that on-site was completed and that the rest of the audit will be completed at Hartley Moore's location. Again, I state, an audit is done and paid for because of a particular reason. Uplisting by late 2014 appears to be the reason. Most pink sheet companies would not go through the time and expense when resources can be put to better use elsewhere (unless they needed to for a reason).

2. 12/11/13 Industrial Nanotech, Inc. Reinvents the Roof Tile - Will Bring Next Generation Roofing Product to Market in Early 2014

Years of work were put into building this and other relationships. We all know big firms move slowly and a thousand details must be taken care of. We are all waiting for an announcement that means so much to all INTK shareholders. INTK has had to "demonstrate" to these companies how a new technology like Nansulate compares to insulation that they have used for decades. We are being told by the press release that this new tile will happen in early 2014.
There is plenty of evidence out there if you do your due diligence that lots of "prep" work has been done by INTK in order to introduce the Cyrstal line and associated products to the industry.

3. 12/16/2013 Nanotech Coatings UK Limited Announces Plans to Launch Industrial Nanotech, Inc.’s Next Generation Roofing Product to UK & Ireland Markets in Early 2014

This appears to be an extension of the advance work that they have done in the US. Again, lots of evidence out there that this distributor, (Managing Director Kevin Buchler) is well-known for his business acumen. He is working with the National Railway and others out in the UK, educating the population about Nansulate and having additional product testing done. Again, all verifiable.

If you notice, these press releases show a measured pattern of INTK going forward with the Nansulate line with the goal of getting some larger relationship (OEM) contracts. If this comes to fruition, INTK will not be a 1.5 cent stock long. I have made my bet and continually purchase more because I believe "this time will turn out to be different". Time will tell..............
