possible reverse merger companies website remotedynamics.com forwards to telogis.com now telogis is considering an ipo this year.

RMTD - That would be a great idea, if RMTD became ArrivalStar! RMTD would become the worlds leader in developing, acquiring, and license patented TELEMATIC Technologies....
":MAYBE our lone officer will give our shell to these guys"

ArrivalStar, Inc. Patents
Assignee:ArrivalStar, Inc.
Address:Delray Beach, FL
No. of patents:18

Wouldn't that be interesting, In the future ArrivalStar/RMTD could be like Acacia Research Corporation if that was there plan.... Plan? To keep the RMTD Patent and Licenses', while selling REDIview trademark and Client base to Telogis.

It only takes one judgement to make everyone and everything fall in place. If thats the kind of future RMTD and Arrivalstar Patents have in mind.... In my opinion that would be OUTSTANDING!

Why would they wait this long to file lawsuits? Telogis deal was not yet finalized? RMTD would have not have anything to take? But if Telogis bought RMTD's REDIview and there are some infringement on patents... I guess that would be traced back to the patent holder which would be? Telogis, no I don't think so, they got REDIview and its client base. But I believe RMTDs Star has Arrived, the future of Telematics is @Arrivalstar Patents.

Looks like Telogis, might be the ones holding the bag now...

Acacia Research Corporation announced today that its subsidiary, Telematics Corporation, has entered into a patent license agreement with Telogis, Inc.

This technology can be used in navigation and fleet management systems that combine wireless communication with GPS tracking and map displays. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

MY RMTD VIEW?
Give REDIview and clients to Telogis, Collect $$, settle patent licenses, fees and go straight to GO
RMTD keeps its intellectual property, resolve patents and licenses with ArrivalStar, Inc.,
To settle patent litigation they can Reverse Merger with RMTD and ArrivalStar Inc. @.0001

ArrivalStar & RMTD would be the premier GPS /Telematics & Patent /Licensing publicly traded corporation in the world

In my opinion Patents and License's for the Global Telematics industry would even dwarf Acacia's revenue numbers of $410 million

What are the odds of all this happening? Probably very slim, but I do like the RMTD odds more then ever before!
