of course, with penny land status there is less information needed (required) for a company like COOL. This may be thoughts of management is to just keep their salaries coming, and control the retail investors with 'hot air' PRs? They are sadly mistaken, I think, as retail investors will not add to their positions in COOL now, without useful news like we have new games out or we have an active partner and online gaming OK from a state or two.

This is old school management ('we create a company and they meaning us will come'). these folks are like Radio Shack spending precious cash for dumb Super Bowl Ad and not buying into online company with gear like MCZ and COOL. Midnight City concept of helping best dependent software developers to get their games out and MCZ MOJO and accessories and getting NV,NJ and NY online paid gambling and gaming OKs . . . is only think that can keep a small company going today. COOL (to date) has failed to develop online games that buyers want.

Cool is looking like it will R/S, do a PIPE private loan for needed cash and end up going to pink sheets eventually. Often when a R/s happens, it does not attract new retail investors and old retail investors get taken to the cleaners big-time.

COOL management team is . . . hopeless without a prayer now?

We just wait and see what comes.
My feeling is era of small gaming company is dead, due to fact states are getting serious for new tax and jobs strategy, and the likes of COOL can't fit within their needs.

Best hope for us is if COOL can partner or be brought out.
COOL management will oppose this, unless they can get hired by new partner (doubtful . . . what as janitors)?

Without hope is my guess (right now) and will be pink sheet want-a-bees in one or two years. Or BK, as who will loan us monies as fair rate then?

When a company withholds future guidance . . . that's not a good sign to investors or loaners.

Lets hope I am wrong and COOL gets big sales and contracts.
