According to the Ministry of Commerce Notice No. 66 of 2012, "published in 2013 to allow imports of fuel oil, the amount of non-state trading application procedures, allocation principles" (hereinafter referred to as "Notice") requirements, China Minmetals Chemicals Import and Export Chamber of new applications in 2013 Fuel oil imports allowable amount of non-state trading enterprises to submit material for review, Foreign Trade Division of the Ministry of Commerce conducted a review of the audit. As of September 30, 2013, a total of 23 companies submitted the application materials, which meet the "Notice" requirement has 13 enterprises, enterprises will now complete the list of materials for publicity, publicity period for the May 30-11 October 2013 the 5th. During the publicity, public list of objections may be made to the Ministry of Commerce (Foreign Secretary) drew publicity review. Also released materials are incomplete list of enterprises and the lack of materials, during the publicity, the relevant enterprises can still submit additional material to the Department of Foreign copied to China Minmetals Chemicals Import and Export Chamber of Commerce.
