I have not gone through this GDTK fiasco, but do feel everyone's anger and agony. Trust me...I am empathetic and have definitely had moments of anger and agony with a few other penny's that led me down the path! Doing some DD on Bo Linton's new venture, Kleangas, pushed me to check the GDT Tek history. IMO...WHAT A SHAM! You gotta believe Bo Linton and some number of other "insiders" were probably holding GDTK shares when the company was delisted. Think about this...now Bo's GDT Tek holdings are worth 17 Kleangas shares as outlined in the Share Exchange Agreement. One announcement talked about "17 restricted shares," but did not include an explanation of the "restrictions." At the time GDTK was halted the pps was about .02. Today, Kleangas is roughly the same, about .02. Doing the math, Bo and the other folks with large holdings, aka insiders, are going to get or have gotten 17 shares @ .02 or a value of about .34 cents for each share of GDTK held at the time of the delisting. Again, it's not clear how many shares will be a part of the exchange, but pick a number and do the math, i.e. a million GDTK equals $340,000! This really sucks! What a clever way to see some pps pseudo-appreciation!. Has anyone on this board received the Kleangas shares? Given the structure of this share exchange transaction, the consuming public may be seeing GDT Tek stock certificates on ebay! And IMHO all of this probably comes about as the result of GDT Tek being unwilling to fork out the bucks to pay auditors to provide updated SEC filings. Going back a couple of years can take a chunk of time and a goodly amount of cash! This, along with a tarnished reputation and other incentives, probably suggested "shutting down" and moving on!
