The entire MediaG3 website has been deleted and is now stated to be "under construction."

The website deletion along with the cessation of submitting financial reports and disclosures to OTC Markets and the fact that no have been PRs issued in over a year seems to indicate that the company is being or has already been abandoned.

Did any of the new officers and directors announced in January 2013 ever do anything? Are they still officers and directors of MDGC or have they also abandoned the company?

Does anyone have any information as to what is going on with this company?

Is it possible that Val Westergard and Byron Ryals are pursuing a private venture such as Boise WiFi?

Something seems seriously wrong with this situation.
