ECSL has been my sleeper since june '12
i got in at .27 and it went up then down and round and round, till last week, when at .48 it took off......due to a ceo letter that outlined the ''plan''. friday it went to 1.45 and that makes it no longer a sleeper me thinks.
i expect big news on the global distribution network and then sales commence. ill add the ceo letter that lite the fuse. after 20 months of research...im ready
so is ecsl me thinks.

Dear Stockholders:
Encounter Care Solutions, Inc. announced in its past OTC quarterly Report and in subsequent Public Announcements that it expected to complete its global distribution network in December. It further stated that it expected to immediately begin taking orders.
I am pleased to announce to our shareholders that we in fact have reached an agreement with our new partners and we are in the process of memorializing that agreement. With that agreement we have met our goal and anticipate taking initial product orders in the near future. We are in advanced negotiations in England, Europe and the Caribbean and expect that orders will be fulfilled next quarter. Due to the significant size of the orders, we have had to ensure that the financial capabilities to fulfill the pending orders are in place and have made progress on this front as well.
This update will be followed this month with joint announcements to the public in the U.S., England, and Europe by CyberFuels Inc. and our new partners regarding our new capabilities to meet what we believe will be significant demand for our clean energy products.
CyberFuels has created a line of clean energy products that include an Enhanced Methanol Gasoline (96 octane) sold under a variety of brand names and a Water Absorbing Enhanced Methanol Gasoline (96 octane) marketed as "Eco Island Blend™".
CyberFuels product line is further enhanced with an MPG Increasing Additive and Blend Stocks that increase octane levels and engine performance for regular gasoline. Our management believes that our clean energy fuels will have a positive environmental effect as well as being significantly beneficial to the global economy.
Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our stockholders for being patient while we have implemented a very complex distribution model. I truly appreciate your confidence as our team has strived to meet the challenges associated with being a small company and having what we believe is this very large opportunity. We are making this update public with the expectation that we will be making joint public announcements in the next several weeks in England, Europe and the United States regarding our current pending contracts.
