This stock should be at $1.20...but if you will look close on their 8K, they have 20% interest loans to some major shareholders for capital. They can sell stock to meet these obligations. The management has no concern for the shareholders. So, beware. This is a good company,but like the government, anytime they can print money at their own discretion, beware. Prediction...bankruptcy....that voids the common stock...good company...but, thanks for participating.
