The photo above water could have been a harmless way of promoting the company and maybe at that point not even Scott was aware of the scam, but to take store bought emeralds underwater for a photo shoot that is where they crossed the line. Right? why else did someone take store bought emeralds underwater and take photos?. I understand i am beating a dead horse here but i remember like yesterday all the players swearing up and down these were found on the ocean floor fifty miles from Key West. And now we know it was all a fraud.
And dont you know the people -in the know- scored on the selling of stock to people who believed they were being told the truth.
And i agree with the poster who said they bought the emeralds in Florida to plant them in Florida and how stupid was that?
