I agree, Steve Jobs was an exceptional visionary and knew how to get a job done. Visionary with determination to see it through. Another that comes to mind is Elon Musk. He certainly doesn't lack for vision. I think he could tackle almost any problem and pull it off. Those traits in combination are rare indeed. I think the crew at Urban Barns has already been through enough obstacles to stop the faint of heart and will eventually succeed.
