Good points...and those were all the things that made the pennys fun in 1999-2000....I was cashing in 500-1000% profits on at least one stock a month...often 2-3 that I just bought a few weeks before. I did a lot of selling half at a time, but I started with only about 3k spread around and by the time I built it to 60k that year, and could place bigger bets and started buying back, the market started to die. Greenspan hated the penny markets and the new regulations did nothing for us but kill thoses wild run ups. In the last dozen years, I had no more than about 5 stocks that returned over 1000% but I started buying back too soon expecting more pumping for another run that never happened.
Just ain't the market it used to be. imo
