If the application for trademark is denied, you have 2 months from the mailing date of the Notice of Abandonment to file a Petition to Revive your application for trademark addressing any issues listed in the Office Action that require resolution. The filing fee for a Petition to Revive is $100. See Sections 718.02 & 718.03 of TMEP.
