EOR is childs play compared to HLNT

Below is a copy of my post on the HLNT board. HLNT was formed by Mel Robinson who had many scams going with Jim Bolt, both from Rogers Arkansas. The roof is fallin in on these scammers now.

HLNT Director Herb Southern has a full time job

defending the Rogers Arkansas scam team. Most of you know about or should know that Mel Robinson the HLNT founder and sole director (at that time) did time in El Reno prison w and formed several companys (scam) with his neighbor Jim Bolt. Seems Bolt is due for another prison term and good ole boy attorney and HLNT director Herb Southern is defending the serial scammer. Business as usual back in Rogers Arkansas. Better know your HLNT players shareholders or you'll pay the price

Update: Rogers Businessman James Bolt Pleads Not Guilty to More Charges

by Mark Friedman on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 5:36 pm

Jim Bolt

Rogers businessman James Bolt pleaded not guilty Monday afternoon to the two additional federal charges he received last week in connection with an alleged scheme to collect unclaimed property in California.

Bolt, 60, is now facing a total of 14 counts: two counts of money laundering, five counts of wire fraud and seven counts of mail fraud. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years, a $250,000 fine, or both, on each of the fraud charges and up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, or both, on each money laundering charge.

The new charges, handed down by a grand jury on Wednesday, are tied to "the scheme to defraud Community Medical Group of Corona Inc." of Thousand Oaks, Calif., the indictment said.

In 2011, Bolt allegedly created documents that made it appear his company, Situs, a "cancer research center" in Rogers, was the owner of $317,043 in unclaimed assets owned by Community Medical and being held by Wellpoint Inc./Anthem Blue Cross, the indictment said.

The previous counts involved a similar plan where Bolt allegedly claimed $1.9 million worth of stock listed as unclaimed property by the state of California.

So far, the U.S. government has seized three pieces of real estate in Rogers, cash, vehicles and airplanes that Bolt owned. The government said Bolt used the proceeds from the alleged crimes to make the purchases.

Bolt's attorney, Herbert C. Southern of Fayetteville, said in a court filing last week that the government has seized all of Bolt's liquid assets and Bolt "is without funds to support the expenses of counsel or other experts."

Southern asked for more time to prepare for trial, and his request was granted by U.S. District Judge Jimm Larry Hendren.

Bolt's court date, which was scheduled for Nov. 18, now is set for Jan. 13. He is being held in the Benton County Jail.

Now read a bit more on the investigation of Bolt for murder.
