It appears that Brian Barrett and Tammy Poston are now running Guest Metrics as their own private company and never bothered to do any kind of a "go private" transaction to rid themselves of of the shareholders of SSPT who legally own the company.

In my opinion Brian Barrett and Tammy Posten committed fraud in the way they took Guest Mestrics private.
