UNDERVALUED? PLEASE COMMENT.

Undervalued?
Looking at their financials, and dividing shareholders' equity (~10 mil)by the number of outstanding shares (~17 bil), I am getting ~0.0006. How is this possible? Can anyone explain? I have never before seen a company trading at below its value.



No one replied to my post. I'm guessing either nobody is paying attention, or, for some reason, people don't want to say anything.
I know my math is solid, so... what am I missing?
