I started up this board because I have been intrigued by this little micro REIT. They've been paying a dividend of .035 monthly, which is a pretty good yield, considering the shares go for around $4. (Yield is 9.7% today)

The only catch is that this cannot go on indefinitely, as the company has never been profitable. So, the divs will need to be cut at some point, if revenue doesn't increase.

It's an interesting play that could go either way.

So, I've kinda been on the sidelines keeping an eye on the thing, and noticed there was no iHub board for it.
