Excellent. At the end of the day it's your money and if LQMT is your game that's awesome as long as you understand the underlying risks. $1? lol! Next week? lol! Maybe in a couple of years. And I really do think a reverse split will become part of the game plan, assuming that they get through these legal battles and maintain some since of credibility after trying to scam someone(Visser) who loaned them money when they were desperate and needed it most out of his investment.

I think the true longs such as yourself should try to shake up things in Santa Margarita and get some honest and decent people in those management seats. Management who will prioritize getting the technology to market before sucking the life blood out of investors with grossly overpaid salaries and incentives.

Note these numbers from the quarterly.

Selling General and Administrative 1,212,000

Research Development
369,000

Does it seem kind of skewed to anyone else? With the pending legal woes and seemingly imminent dilution I would say its a but early to take anything other than a a token position. Although, with a management shakeup, it could help their reputation and possibly make a moderately bullish move higher. But, there is a ceiling of what this tech is worth. It is by no means a life changing, earth shattering, miraculous material. Its just another material with certain properties that will it better to use in specific situations.

Anyway here is the link with more numbers to decipher.

Just my opinion and good luck Neal.

Let's keep it civil and understand that this is merely a forum of opinions and the only thing that matters is who is living life to the fullest every day. Peace.
