Had not seen SVFC answer but had seen the complaint & correction. That is why I say the transfer agent is in on it. What we believe we are buying i.e. the Nevada shares is not what we have been sold i.e. the NY shares. This is fraud plain and simple. How can you incorporate in different states and lead investors to believe they are buying shares from the state you list your incorporation from i.e. Nevada. This case is the first exposure of shares from NY and not Nevada.

By the way I see you are being attacked again on the other board, that is exactly why I don’t bother with the stupidity; just think what they would do to me if I posted my thoughts on that board. This is also what I was saying about the Nevada shares , they are the ones that count and IR knows it and that is why they wanted paid in those shares, they knew what is going on .
