Just got off the phone with DTTO stock transfer 480-481-3940
Total Authorized Shares 400 million
Total Outstanding 158,364,103
Restricted Shares 147,886,645
Public Float 10,477,458
a million shares were bought @.0055 and no uptick doesn't make sense. This thing is super thin with that tiny float!
