As I said, I know for a fact AAPH had private equity investors going into the deal, even though the PR was written as forward looking. He would not have made the deal otherwise. My understanding is there is a guy named Robert Dow of Panola Holdings, involved. This Robert Dow is also on the advisory board of the Perot museum of science and well connected to Ross Perot jr. This land deal is huge, competing with major players.
