LOL. You really think this changes anything. I bet they dont even have the $ to pay the penalties. There was one recent case here in Canada where the courts seized a property and a couple of cars. That paid some of the lawyers costs. Cant recall a shareholder or whomever get anything that was owed to them, certainly not from a penny job.
