I get it, it was probably equity financing right?


So they reverse split and then dilute the pps all the way down again.



Also these guys are never going to complete this...they would need atleast 50-100 million dollars for a track from Fullerton CA to Las Vegas Nevada.


I was thinking how come this company hasn't collaborated with the hotel owners with Vegas? I'm so certain that they would all jump in on financing this idea since it will bring more revenue for Vegas
