This company was nothing more than a dilution scheme orchestrated by Frank Yglesias, whom by the way is the COO of another company where he goes by the name of Franjose Yglesias Berthau. Now ask yourself, why would this man have had three different names in the past 3 years? Because, with each new name comes a new dilution scheme.

It looks like new CAGR management were nothing more than the fall guys, who also got caught up in Frank's scheme. This stock & company are long gone and new managment has zero intention of bringing it back to life.
