This company is involved in Alzheimer disease drugs. They collaborate with BRNI. They finished financing a deal and they have burn rate money for 3 years forward. The float is 2.7 million shares but the PFd is also 2 million series A convertible at $1.00 so the float will increase as the stock 'goes up'. They also have 8 million warrants at .84 so the float should be OK.
