Update from Stockhouse message board, FWIW:

Per Naomi at Marshall News Messenger (who was at the trial), the closing arguments ended at 12 Noon Marshall time (1PM Eastern), at which time the jury went immediately into the Jury room..

.I couldn't get much out of her, but she said that she thought that both sides of the closing arguments were done well and that it appeared that the jury was paying close attention to both (FWIW)

If they had already come out to announce their decision, there would have been an immediate NR...Since this has not happened, we can all take small comfort in knowing that the jury has already spent over 1 hour in the jury room (better than the 45 minutes in Tyler)
